I Thessalonians 5:11 (NRSV), "Therefore encourage one another and build up each other, as indeed you are doing."

Women In Ministry (W.I.M.) is design to encourage, train, and support women in ministry. Classes, workshops, and seminars are offered to illuminate attendees’ minds to identify and help develop the gifts and talents God has given them. We believe in encouraging women to be authentic in their delivery of the Gospel of Christ, without fear.
This ministry is designed to help Pan African women in ministry to value the beauty and strength God has blessed them with, as they fulfill their ministry assignments. We emphasize supporting and encouraging one another to be the best "You", you can be.
The ultimate goals of this ministry are to develop leaders and teach them to do the same, by emphasizing the importance of sharing and documenting one’s testimonies, including one’s authentic culture (for the development and training of future generations), to build one another up, and to be actively involved in the regeneration/restoration of our communities. This ministry provides an outlet that no other ministry offers for women ministers. We have a W.I.M. Community that is exclusively designed for women in ministry to have open and honest discussions with one another. It is accessed by permission only and specifically designed to give women ministers the opportunity to talk about their challenges, victories, and questions that have been burning in their hearts, which can only be discussed and understood by those with the same or like concerns. For more information and to request access, go to the heading and select "Converse". Please be advised, that access will only be granted to women in ministry and pastors' wives. W.I.M. "Converse" is designed to provide needed support, comfort, and encouragement.
W.I.M. is a reach one, teach one ministry that is always developing, encouraging, training leaders, and empowering women in ministry to be true to their authentic selves, as they are led by Holy Spirit's guidance.
